Tracey Jarrett

“My latest series is to evoke the observer into thinking what the artwork itself consists of while enjoying it.

It is to take seeds, pods, vines, shells, wood etc collected from local everyday locations and turn them into works of art.

My artworks are to prompt the observer to guess where the items may have come from and to honour the everyday objects that I have collected that we usually tread on or treat as a nuisance.

They are to create harmony between bush, sea, and humans and to respect the diversity of us all”.

Exhibiting at: The Main Pavilion, Queensland Rd, Murwillumbah
