As a 20 something I left art school to travel and pursue a career as a chef, then a pastry chef. 20 yrs later and I am back where I started, finding solace in the magic of putting paint to canvas, paper or plywood and seeing what happens. Being a pastry chef was very precise, I am enjoying the freedom of having no plan when I start out.
